2. Some or all of the following fees and charges may be
incurred by the Subscriber:
a. Subscription Fees. Price are subject to change at any time and vary
depending on which billing option is taken.
b. Other fees and/or charges for goods and services ordered at, through

special subscription options, downloadable materials, or mail-order items.
3. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to
any other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform
