you hereby further affirm and warrant that you are

entering into this agreement.
2. Some or all of the following fees and charges may be
incurred by the Subscriber:
a. Subscription Fees. Price are subject to change at any time and vary
depending on which billing option is taken.
b. Other fees and/or charges for goods and services ordered at, through
and/or from http://www.modelcenter24.com and its licensees, either as
special subscription options, downloadable materials, or mail-order items.
3. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any
other person or entity. Subscriber must promptly inform http://www.modelcenter24.com
of apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorized
disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until http://www.modelcenter24.com
is notified, by conventional mail, electronic mail, or web site form, of a
breach in security, the Subscriber will remain liable for any unauthorized

terminated at any time, and without cause, by either http://www.modelcenter24.com
or Subscriber upon notification of the other by email. Termination of
access is effective 31 days from the most recent bill date, if the
subscription is cancelled by the Subscriber; termination of access is
immediate if membership is revoked due to violation of this Agreement, or
if the payment for subscription is denied by the billing processor, or if
the initial payment is charged back.

page. Subscribers are therefore advised to use their own judgment to
evaluate all third-party communications available indirectly through the

Password abuse and exchanges will not be tolerated.
IP addresses will be logged and scrutinized.
If abuses or exchanges are detected membership cancellation may result
without notice.
